Refund Policy
This policy explains Heart & Core trial, cancellation, billing, and refund practices.

1. 7-day free trial
Heart & Core paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial. Payment details are collected when you start the trial, but you will not be charged the subscription price if you cancel before the trial ends.
2. Subscription billing
If you do not cancel during the free trial, your selected monthly or annual subscription begins when the trial ends and the applicable subscription price is charged. Subscriptions renew according to the billing interval you selected unless canceled.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the applicable billing period and prevents future renewal charges. You may manage cancellation through the Paddle customer portal or the subscription-management tools provided with your purchase.
4. Refund window
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the applicable transaction date. Refund requests are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection law.
5. How to request a refund
Use the support or manage-transaction link provided in your Paddle receipt or customer portal, or visit Paddle's buyer support service to submit a refund request. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.
6. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
